Now in the tenth year, Goddard House invites you to explore the 2012 Annual Art show, Nature & the City, on view in the Goddard House Art Gallery from April 22 through May 20. The show will challenge our notion of that which is natural versus manmade. The juxtaposition of elements, mixed media arrangements and use of unconventional materials will surely delight attendees. Media types include painting and photography, sculpture, collage and paper. Artists from the local art community and beyond have prepared wonderful works for display.

Goddard/Homestead and the Goddard House Art Gallery are pleased to present this show, along with other smaller expositions, free of charge, as part of our ongoing community enhancements through our Community of Caring Program. The show is open

Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Special group tours are available upon request. Group meetings may be scheduled in our common space with or without art show inclusion. Art Boutique

Have you ever visited the Goddard House Art Gallery Boutique? If not you may be pleasantly surprised to find works from many exhibiting artists on sale, along with the works of local artisans. An enticing selection of prints, photography, jewelry, scarves, poetry, note cards and other unique art pieces will be for sale during the duration of the show, Shop now for your 2012 gift needs. You will surely find items for Mother’s Day, birthdays, graduations, weddings, and other seasonal holidays. All proceeds will benefit the Goddard House Art Gallery. The Art Boutique will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am until 2 pm and during scheduled events.
